Bridge & Build Renovations was built by professionals who managed thousands of renovation projects in fast-paced institutional environments where communication, timelines, budgeting, and execution mattered every single day. After years of overseeing large-scale renovation operations for investors and property management companies, we saw the same problem homeowners experience constantly in residential remodeling: Poor communication. Today, Bridge & Build Renovations brings a more structured, professional renovation experience to homeowners across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We combine design-focused remodeling with systems-driven project management to help projects move faster, communicate more clearly, and feel less stressful from start to finish. Between us, we spent nearly two decades running renovations at the largest scale in America. Ashley led rehab and turn operations nationally — most recently as National Manager of Rehabs & Turns at Invitation Homes, the country's largest single-family home operator — after rising through national program and project management roles, and as Head of Turns & Renovations at Darwin Homes. Reece spent over ten years at Invitation Homes, rising from Superintendent to Director of Rehabs & Turns over the Denver and Las Vegas markets. In that world, renovations weren't a side business — they were the business. Fixed budgets, hard deadlines, and quality control mattered every single day, across thousands of homes and multiple states. After years inside it, we kept seeing homeowners get the exact opposite: poor communication, vague timelines, disorganized job sites, and contractors who vanish mid-project. So we built Bridge & Build to bring that institutional-grade discipline to homeowners and investors across Fort Worth — one team, from foundation to roof, with the systems and accountability we ran at a national level, and none of the chaos. Director of Construction Operations
Reece has spent over 15 years in construction — more than a decade of it at Invitation Homes, the largest single-family home operator in the country. He started as a Superintendent, advanced to Regional Rehab & Turns Manager, and left as Director of Rehabs & Turns over the Denver and Las Vegas markets, where he directly led teams of 20+ and oversaw 50+ across his markets, managing renovations and turns in the thousands across multiple states. Before Invitation Homes, Reece completed multimillion-dollar renovation projects, built cell towers, and took on countless remodels for family and friends — he's been around construction his entire life. He holds a Construction Management degree from UNLV (Magna Cum Laude) and the A.I.C. (American Institute of Constructors) certification. At Bridge & Build he runs daily operations — crew and subcontractor management, construction expertise, sourcing, and resource allocation — actively leading our 8 in-house crews and making us a true one-stop shop, from foundation to roof. His specialty is execution and crew management: fast, high-quality, on time. Crews love working for him, and he'll happily talk through every detail of your project.

Ashley spent nearly seven years leading renovation and turn operations at the largest scale in the country, including four progressive roles at Invitation Homes — finishing as National Manager of Rehabs & Turns — and as Head of Turns & Renovations at Darwin Homes. Before real estate, she got her start at a boutique manufacturing company, where she mastered the art of project management under pressure — tracking 50+ health and beauty products bound for e-commerce retailers like Amazon, each with dozens of separate components, all moving at once. That's where she learned to thrive in the chaos and never lose a detail. At Bridge & Build she leads project planning, client communication, and renovation strategy, building the organized, transparent process most remodelers can't deliver. Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership, Arizona State University (Summa Cum Laude).
